Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a health and wellness practice and therefore are not affiliated with any insurance companies.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards. We also accept HSA and FSA accounts, however it is your responsibility to confirm our services are covered. We do not accept checks.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Many of the treatments are not covered by insurance. Additionally, not working with insurance allows us the freedom to prescribe treatments that work and align with your underlying problems; without the insurance company dictating treatment.
What happens after the three-month program ends?
You will be converted to a monthly membership.
Where are you located?
We are located inside the Salon Boutique building.
